State of balance between opposing forces or influences. In the body, equilibrium may be chemical or physical. A state of chemical equilibrium is reached when the body tissues contain the proper proportions of various salts and water.
Physical equilibrium, such as the state of balance required for walking or standing, is achieved by a very complex interplay of opposing sets of muscles.
Chemical imbalance in the brain causes certain problems, often mental, psychological, or psychiatric ailments or problems. Some of these problems are depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and certain phobias.
Chemical imbalance is one of the theories that scientists have set forth to explain certain disorders or ailments. It is believed that the imbalance of neurotransmitters in the brain causes these disorders. It is easier to understand chemical imbalance if its symptoms are also known.
Symptoms of Chemical imbalance in the Brain
Some of the symptoms of chemical imbalance in the brain are:- Diabetes

Improper diet can upset chemical equilibrium (balance) of the body which is keeping diseases at bay. Chemical equilibrium is a system in dynamic balance where rates of forward and reverse reactions are equal. Changes in temperature and concentration perturb equilibrium by influencing the rates of simultaneous reactions unequally.
The Acid-alkaline balance plays a vital role in this balance body chemistry. All foods after digestion and absorption leave either an Acid or alkaline ash in the body depending on their mineral composing. . In normal health, the reaction of the blood is alkaline and that is essential for our physical and mental well being. Whenever the alkaline of the blood is reused even slightly its ability to transport the carbon dioxide gets reduce this results in the accumulation of acid in the tissue. This condition is known as acidosis or hyper alkalinity.
Our environment and planet has now reached a level of damage, that "Dictates" the urgency present to make sure "You Do" take all the necessary vitamins, herbs, and supplements to combat the dangers that loom from poor quality air, pollution, contamination, smog, car exhaust, radiation, I could go on obviously. Eating sensibly in this manner will ensure the necessary pH of the blood which will keep the body in perfect health.
